Educton® for Financial Services and Insurance
An interactive training, policy and knowledge platform for regulated teams.
TAILORED BUSINESS OUTCOMES
What Educton enables
Instead of treating employee learning, policy communication, and procedural knowledge as separate workstreams, Educton supports a single model: create or upload content, structure it by audience or role, make it easier to access and absorb, and measure how employees interact with it. That positioning is consistent with the uploaded Educton materials, which emphasize internal and external training, centralization of internal rules and instructions, role-based grouping, engagement tracking, and support for ongoing content updates.
Educton helps financial services and insurance organizations turn policies, procedures, training content, and operational knowledge into a structured, measurable employee enablement model. Instead of managing learning, policy communication, and procedural guidance in separate systems, teams can centralize content, deliver it by role, make it easier to search and absorb, and track how employees interact with it. The result is faster adoption, stronger consistency, and better visibility into training effectiveness.
Stronger policy adoption
When policies, procedures, and learning content are easier to access and easier to understand, organizations are more likely to achieve consistent execution across teams. Educton’s structure supports targeted distribution, grouped content, and better employee interaction with core materials.
Better audit readiness
Most regulated organizations need more than proof that content exists. They need evidence that employees received it, accessed it, and were able to work with it in practice. Educton’s positioning around centralized content, interaction tracking, and analytics makes it well suited to that broader expectation.
Faster rollout of updates
When product guidance, operating procedures, customer-facing standards, or internal control requirements change, organizations need a faster way to publish updates and push them to the right groups. The uploaded materials emphasize that content can be adapted and updated efficiently, including for different employee audiences.
Less friction for frontline teams
When employees can search semantically, jump to the most relevant passage, and keep personal lists of important knowledge, they spend less time navigating systems and more time applying the right information.

Typical use cases
We innovate training experiences
01
Role-based onboarding
Create structured onboarding paths for sales, service, underwriting, claims, operations, risk, compliance, and support teams. Bring internal policies, product basics, operating procedures, escalation logic, and role-specific guidance into one environment so new employees can become productive faster.
02
Annual compliance and recurring training
Manage recurring training across conduct, cybersecurity awareness, internal controls, service quality, customer communication, and operating discipline. Keep content current, adapt it for different employee groups, and make it easier for teams to revisit essential materials throughout the year.
03
Policy, procedure, and control updates
Distribute updates to internal policies, branch procedures, claims handling guidance, underwriting rules, service playbooks, and control requirements in a structured way. Organize content by role, publish changes faster, and gain better visibility into how employees access and engage with critical materials.
04
Manager enablement
Give frontline managers and supervisors fast access to role-specific guidance, reference materials, discussion prompts, and policy updates, while helping them identify where teams need reinforcement.
05
Product, process, and service change enablement
Support rollouts when products, workflows, service standards, claims processes, or internal requirements change. Educton helps teams update materials quickly, adapt them by function, and deliver the right version of guidance to the right employees without rebuilding the entire training process every time.
06
Knowledge support during live work
Help employees find the most relevant answer inside policies, manuals, and procedural documents without scanning entire files. With semantic search, relevant passage discovery, in-document search, and personal knowledge lists, teams can resolve questions faster during real customer, claims, service, and operational scenarios.
Partnering with ITactics was an exceptional journey. They invested effort to grasp our goals and exceeded our expectations.

EDUCTON IMPLEMENTATION FOR FINANCIAL & INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS
A deployment model built for regulated operations
1
Analyze workflows, training needs, and control requirements
We begin by assessing how the organization manages onboarding, recurring compliance training, policy communication, process updates, operational guidance, and knowledge access during live work. This helps define where Educton should support consistency, speed, visibility, and stronger adoption across regulated teams.
Design the role and content structure
Next, we define how content should be organized by role, function, team, process, or business line. Policies, procedures, learning materials, and reference content are grouped into a structure that reflects how financial and insurance organizations actually operate across service, operations, risk, claims, underwriting, compliance, and support.
2
3
Adapt Educton to priority business use cases
We then configure Educton around the organization’s highest-value use cases: role-based onboarding, annual and recurring training, policy and procedure distribution, product or process change rollouts, and knowledge support during daily work. This ensures the platform fits real internal processes instead of forcing a generic training workflow.
Prepare secure deployment in cloud or on premises
Once the target model is approved, we prepare the technical deployment path. Educton can be implemented in cloud infrastructure or within the client’s own environment, depending on governance, security, and IT architecture requirements. Access, permissions, and deployment planning are aligned with the organization’s operating model from the start.
4
5
Migrate, structure, and validate critical content
Existing policies, procedures, manuals, internal rules, and learning materials are then collected, reviewed, structured, and prepared for use in Educton. This stage ensures that content is easier to update, easier to search, and easier to distribute across the right employee groups.
Launch, support, and improve ongoing usage
After rollout, Educton is supported as part of everyday operations. We provide administrator enablement, user training, helpdesk support, guidance on adoption, and assistance with content updates and process improvements. The goal is not only to launch the platform, but to help teams use it effectively in real internal workflows over time.

Deployment options
Educton can be deployed on premises, in a private or dedicated cloud environment, or as a fully managed SaaS solution. This gives financial and insurance organizations the flexibility to choose the model that best fits their security, governance, IT architecture, and operating requirements. On-premises deployment offers maximum internal control, cloud deployment supports scalability and easier expansion, and SaaS provides the fastest launch with the lowest operational burden.
Educton architecture
Educton is built on 3-tier architecture that separates the user interface, business logic, and data layer for better stability, security, and maintainability. The front end is implemented as a lightweight Single Page Application using JavaScript and Knockout, while the back end is based on ASP.NET Web API with REST services. Data is managed in Microsoft SQL Server through Entity Framework, ensuring a structured and reliable relational model. The solution also follows a stateless server approach, which supports easier scaling and more resilient operation.

Configuration and custom development
Educton is not a fixed off-the-shelf product. Its modules and functionality can be configured, adapted, and extended to match each client’s processes, roles, content model, and operating requirements. Because the solution is developed by our own team, we can also design and implement client-specific functionality when standard configuration is not enough, allowing the platform to be fully tailored to real business needs.

Automatic content enrichment
Educton can automatically turn uploaded documents and learning materials into more engaging, higher-value learning content instead of simply storing files as they are. The platform’s algorithms enrich content by making it interactive, generating integrated audio versions, linking relevant keywords to external sources, converting media into suitable formats, and supporting automated translation of selected content. As a result, organizations can reuse their existing content base and transform it into richer, more accessible learning material with far less manual effort.

AI-powered content and learning insight
Educton can use AI to extend uploaded learning materials into richer learning experiences by structuring content, linking relevant knowledge, supporting automated translation, and generating additional learning assets around the original material. At the same time, the platform can apply AI-driven analysis to learning activity, engagement patterns, and progress data to help organizations better understand results, identify knowledge gaps, and improve training effectiveness over time. Because Educton is developed by our own team, these AI capabilities can also be adapted and extended to match client-specific needs.
